Yes, all our properties include basic utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. Any additional charges for specific services will be clearly stated in the property listing.

Check in is typically from 4PM and check out 10AM, we do allow flexibility with these times but it all depends on our cleaning team. If you would like to request an earlier check in or later check out please do so using the relevant software sent to you or just get in touch with us directly. Detailed information regarding key collection, access and property details will be sent out to you shortly before your arrival.

Pet policies vary per property, however we can be flexible with this, additional fees for pets may apply.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.

Booking a stay with us is easy.

1. Click here or the “BOOK NOW” button in the top right hand corner of your screen.

2. Use the filter bar to select the location, dates and number of guests.

3. From the results, pick your place.

4. Follow the booking steps to easily book your stay securely and instantly online.

At Valstays, we mostly use key safes.

The code to the key safe along with a tutorial on how to use the key safes can be found on your check-in instructions which are sent out after the online check in form has been completed and security deposit pre authorised.

Make sure to check your junk mail as sometimes the email can get lost

We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy and if it is found that a guest has been smoking in the property. All guests will be subject to a fine as per our terms and conditions.

When a guest books with us, all guests must sign our terms and conditions.

Yes, we offer up to 25% off depending on the length of stay and the city, please get in touch with us to see what we can offer you.

Yes we can provide mid-stay cleans for longer term bookings, usually on a weekly or monthly basis. Please get in touch with us if you would like to request this.
